“Easy to order and delivered on the day chosen. Very well packed and the food looks and tastes excellent. Top quality products from a top quality company. I recommend that you start with one of the meat boxes and grow from there.”

“I received an order on Thursday 1 May 2025 but not everything was available. I have since tried contacting Campbells Meat for a refund but cannot get through by telephone and as yet have not received a response to 2 emails I have sent. The money for the full order has been taken from my account and I am disappointed that Campbells Meat are not treating this with the respect that a returning customer deserves.”

“Never had any issues with previous orders However on this order they sent sausage rolls instead of scotch pies My daughter is dairy intolerant so can't eat the sausage rolls Am awaiting a response from Campbell”

“I have no complaints whatsoever. Received the order when requested. The courier sent emails, and gave me a time frame of just one hour, and delivered within. The best service I've had in well over a year from anyone. The ice packages were still frozen in the box when opened.”

“The quality of the product is excellent. However the order was missing one item and a badly scribbled note inside the case invited me to to phone for a refund or reduction on a future order. Sadly the phone number does nor get answered and later went to a recorded message which cut off after playing. Very poor customer service. I would hesitate to order again even though the products are good.”
