“Unfortunately we recieved Beef in an bag which had a whole in it,the blood had dripped out and we where unable to eat it.This was for our Special Easter dinner.After contacting yourselves with back and forth emails and providing pictures we where offered another parcel of the same meat at a later date but after emails going back and forth again a refund was given which we have to 10days to wait for.So we are out of pocket and have to start again looking for something nice for Easter dinner.”
