“Good service , product arrived on date requested and was well lacked in a cool box. The scotch pies and beef and gravy pies were very tasty. Only downside did not get the 10% welcome bonus as promised”

“As always flavour of haggis superb just such a shame only available as 1kg. Usually have 12 for Burns supper so the original Chieftain available 3 or so years ago suited us better. Black pudding good as ever. Lorne sausage for breakfast next excellent.”

“The man of the house is pleased with the meat we have had, beef stew tonight, as a steak yesterday.Square sausage and black pudding full English Sunday morning, commented on square sausage nice! Me I like everything, so far so good.Frustrated by the good offers, so good but we can’t eat that fast! 14 for Burns Night so will try haggis and black puddding! Send a pudding! Will do a pre run tomorrow of a cloutie dumpling.”

“Service, delivery and delivery schedule were all perfect, however, I did not get the Haggis I was expecting, I ordered 10 1ks and a small one, expecting them all to be the same as the small one. Very disappointing”

“Arrived on time and meat seems good quality. We changed from getting meat in our weekly shop to try and get more straight from farm meat. I’m not happy about the chicken having come from the Netherlands and transported to Belgium for slaughter and no idea if it’s free range. Chicken was one of my biggest issues with ethical concerns so I won’t be ordering that again from you. I’ll probably look elsewhere as we want all our meat from one source but all Uk ethically sourced. Beef sausages and burgers were very nice”

“Products and prices are really very good. Packaging is excellent so that products ate kept at thier freshest. Only issue I have is with delivery company who do not treat the consignment with enough care. I have had products damaged by box being mishandled and or being stored/ transported on end resulting in damage.”

“Ordering was good. Delivery was for January 12th. As of today, nothing has arrived. Have ordered before and always arrived when expected. Disappointed as only way to get my favourite Scottish food in West Sussex”

“I cannot fault the Chieftan Haggis and the Ham that I ordered, both were excellent. Unfortunately, they were supposed to arrive on the Saturday And it said so on the box , they arrived on the Sunday mid afternoon. I had preferred a Haggis for a friend too and they received theirs late too. This did upset dinner parties and so we were both disappointed. I don’t want to end my review on a negative , we both enjoyed the Haggis albeit late. Packaging excellent.”
