“Excellent quality produce as always. Looking forward to trying the meat pies. Quite a lot of broken pastry to piece together. Delivery drivers don't seem to take much care, upside down on the doorstep and obviously well thrown around. But I'm sure will still be delicious.”

“loved the quality of products in my box and the service from campells, However the courier let the service down by not delivering the box on day requested. Thankfully the contents were still chilled and not spoilt.”

“Very happy with the products, all appear to be top quality. Not so much with the delivery, which was not your fault. I received an email from yourselves stating that DPD had sent the parcel to the wrong depot, so it could not be delivered on 12/11 as stated and DPD had been instructed to deliver by 12noon on 13/11, in order to stay within the 48hour window-it was not!! My parcel was delivered @ 16.05pm and I had no option other than to accept it as the driver left it on my doorstep & rang the bell but, did not wait, and was driving off as I opened the door! Very poor delivery experience from DPD, but, as I said, your product appears not to have been affected thankfully, although that is not entirely the point, as delivery "service" like that will surely put off existing and/or future customers. I know I will think twice if the delivery provider is DPD, as this is not the 1st time they have failed to "deliver" the promised service.”

“Lovely products - safely stored in the freezer. The only issue is that a smoked salmon delivery came a day later - a DPD. Issue, not Campbells and whilst the salmon was still cool, all of the ice packs had melted.”
