“Fresh meat delivery tossed over a gate into a semi derelict house and garden, Not our address, took a while to track down the gate in our postcode, ( which DPD ‘ s proof of delivery showed) my 81 year old husband had to scale a wall to retrieve the box, had we not recognised the gate our meat would have been rat food!!!”

“Very disappointed with some of the products. The minced lamb was basically minced fat, looked completely different to imagine used on website. Whole rump was about 1/3 fat and very chewy. Contacted customer service, awaiting reply.”

“Failed to deliver on the nominated day claiming their carrier couldn’t find us. Notwithstanding that the post code takes you to the end of the drive and then there’s signage to the cottage. Absolutely useless and will never order again from this shambles of an organisation. Fortunately a local butcher was able to provide an excellent replacement for our dinner party.”

“First time using this online delivery service. Meat arrived in insulated box with plenty of freezer packs to keep the produce cool. Choosing your preferred delivery date was allowed when completing the order. Used the veal we ordered this weekend and it was delicious. Looking forward to trying the rest of our order. Would use again”

“As always the goods purchased are lovely but you seriously need to look into your delivery company as our order was left on the front of the house in the sunshine and driver did not even knock on the door and my husband had stayed home specifically for the delivery so has let us down a bit”
