“Did not receive my order due to inefficiency of courier. Now having to wait 10 days for my refund. I am really disappointed as I waited in for delivery when I could have been out enjoying the sunshine. Then told my delivery would have taken longer due to distance! I live in Aberdeen not the Outer Hebrides, even allowing for stops it should not take 3 days. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from this company again. Linda Massie”

“They shouldn't be using DPD, by the time they decided to bring it the gel packs were melted and the box was damaged. I froze everything but am still worried.”

“We had a family barbecue and bought steak beefburgers, breakfast sausage and chicken drumsticks. Everyone commented on the quality and taste of the meat as being excellent. In fact the best they had tasted. Delivery was swift with meat well packed as well. Thank you Campbells.”

“Lamb in chilled box was hardly cold . Received at 4.30pm . On opening the lamb cutlets were totally fat free , which put me off as I like some fat on my meat . They looked slimy. I've frozen them separately . No instructions if items are freezeable or not . I've taken photos , but nowhere to submit”

“I order Venison from Campbells because it's so delicious! This time I had a 2kg Venison Haunch, because it's always SO delicious. Once slowly roasted it just falls apart, and melts in your mouth. I also had diced Venison, which I put fried onions, and tin of diced tomatoes, and I add 2 beef oxo along with half a teaspoon of dried basil and a pinch of oregano. Stir it all together, add half a pint of water mix it all together. Should have said this first, but put all ingredients into a heat proof dish. Place into the Oven on Gas mark 4. Cook for 3-4 hrs, checking it from time to time. Serve with Baby Potatoes, Carrots and Broccoli. Enjoy ! I also had Venison Steaks, which I fryer in butter for 4 mins on each side, leave to rest for 2 mins, serve with french fries, petite pois, and a little salad ! All of these different cuts of Venison are SO MUCH CHEAPER than cuts of Beef and so much tastier.”

“First time using and was unsure about having meat delivered from so far away but I could not be more impressed with the service. I'm a big lover of scotch pies and finding them hard go get in London went looking on line, what I got for £16 and £10 delivery was well worth it and I have reusable ice packs and cool bags lining to use for my work. Also was able to track with my DPD app. The one thing I would say is the expiry date one the pie could have been a bit longer as only giving me 5 days to eat 12 pies but I managed it lol but I would expect a short date for a fresh product. Also got black pudding, haggis and square sausage for the above price.”
