“Excellent service. The gazebo was delivered damaged, and rather than replace the entire product I requested (by email) replacement parts, as I needed to use it shortly after delivery. Following from some email correspondence, the correct parts were sent in record time by courier and were easy to replace. The gazebo worked perfectly first time after the repairs were done, and is strong, and well designed. The way this was handled was first class, and I definitely recommend this company based on their attention to detail when managing complaints. They have definitely turned an awkward and disappointing situation in to a strong positive by their professionalism.”
