“Very good company to deal with ten out of ten”

“First class service. 3x3 Premium 32 arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. I sent an email that day after hours regarding a minor problem. That same evening I received a telephone call from the MD and the matter was resolved - excellent. Unable to try it out as yet because of adverse weather although it seems very sturdy. At present perhaps I should test if it is snow proof!”

I have two of these for my business and I am looking to add another soon. One of the things I like is the logo and how this is added to the gazebo roof, unlike other companies who have a logo sewn into the roof. Well done, keep it going.”

“The gazebo is good and very easy to put up on my own It comes with a bag which is ideal however the zip broke on first outing They replacement cover came very quickly so was very pleased I would use this company again if I need anything Thanks for your quick response”

“Very good product and service. My Premium 32 has been out in all weathers for over 3 years and the only slight issue is I had to replace the tie lines as the original ones fell apart after first winter but other than that it has stood up to many storms. I use tie lines and the anchor "boots" on each leg. Tough product.”

“Ordering, payment, communication and delivery very efficient, lack of product choice and colours on the website dissapointing, but they were not alone, but glad I chose Bulhawk. Dont expect the 5 minutes quoted to erect if you also buy walls. It would be faster if they connected by zips, but velcro fastening is never the easiest fixing. Once up the Gazebo is very sturdy, but I did buy the sand bags to help secure the unit.”
