“Service was excellent and contact with sales assistant was helpful and informative .Good price for the part I required and they seemed to be only seller who offered the correct size . Quick delivery with tracking and well packaged so entire experience was good . Only slight concern is the ground bars I bought are white powder coated and I can see they will loose paint very quickly.Would of expected to be either galvanised or even an enamelled finish as paint is starting to come off even when assembling internal stretch bar .Also needed to re tap several threads as turn bolts wouldn’t take thread. Overall a good experience and for the price I’m satisfied with them ,they even kindly provided a storage bag free of charge which wasn’t listed as I would of happily paid for it”

“Absolutely thrilled with my new gazebo. The quality far exceeds the quality of previous gazebos I have owned, and assembling it was no problem. Looked very attractive when it was in situ, and I would recommend spending a bit extra on metal weights, which give peace of mind.”

“We have been using Bulhawk for the last 3 yrs now . It goes up in May and comes down in Oct each yr . This yr wrehave replaced the canopy . Frame still looks brand new. Great quality , is easy to put up oand take down .”

“Needed a new roof for my 2.5 x 2.5 gazebo. Unfortunately, the company I bought it from didn't have any, so after checking a few places, I found Bulhawk. Although the roof they supply is designed for their gazebo frame, it has fortunately fitted mine too, albeit mine doesn't have the centre pole Bulhawk's does so doesn't quite fit properly, and that's why it has 4 stars instead of 5. It's a good thick waterproof material and as living in Scotland, I imagine it will be well tested. I would certainly recommend.”

“So far so good. Delivery was prompt, well packaged and reasonably easy to put up. I've only assembled to make sure all the parts were delivered and intact but I've yet to let it be tested by adverse weather. It does seem very sturdy though!”
