“We inherited the Gazebo when we moved housed and the sides were in a poor state but the framework which we believe was 4 yrs old was fine A couple of emails quickly answered by Rebecca and we ordered 4 new sides, one with windows and the others as openers. Had some strong winds and rain and no issues at all. Excellent company and products Thank you”

“Just wanted to add following my previous review with regards to the longevity of the covers. I have been offered a replacement at reduced price as well as some other items as way of recompense.
