“This is my first and likely my only purchase of an Ultrasonic Cleaner. The range of units available is wide, but I received helpful advice from Bill on the 'phone. My use of the cleaner is for cleaning bicylce parts - mainly chains and rear cassettes. (I have also tried a couple of old swiss army knives.) The results are good. The fluid I use in the tank for the bicycle parts is the same as used for carburettor parts. I bought the 6 litre tank. Be aware that the basket capacity for a given tank is significantly smaller than the entire tank. So choose your tank size with care. You can speak to the company if you need help. The fluid is quite expensive - the larger the tank the more you need. It can be re-used, i.e. cycled a few times, depending of how dirty it gets. There is a handy drainage tap on the side of most units to make it easy to empty the tank. Overall I am please with the unit. As a home user, I was able to get a reasonably affordable unit for my purposes. Professional tanks are much more expensive, and not needed in my case.”

“I bought general purpose, carb and derusting fluid in 1 litre bottles to try it n a new US cleaner. The products arrived quickly and all worked excellently the de rusting one being particularly stand out - I’ll be buying the 5 litre packs soon.”

“I use the Ultrasonic Bath to clean old carburettors and it does a fantastic job if I use it in conjunction with an appropriate cleaning fluid. One thing I tend to do is use an old kettle to boil up a litre of the fluid and it brings the bath up to its working temperature a lot more quickly than using the built in heater. Excellent product that I couldn't do without.”

“Recently purchased a £L DKSonic cleaner from Best Ultrasonic Cleaners. Had a question prior to purchase that was answered quickly. “I chose a sale model 2 litre ultrasonic as I am a hobby working jeweller and didn’t require anything large. Its perfect for my needs. I also chose a manual model as I think digital is just another component that can go wrong over time. It was very well packaged and arrived reasonably promptly.”
