“I was really looking forward to wearing the Venus dress to a friend’s wedding. But I haven’t received the order in 14 days since the order was shipped. I received a email to say my package had been shipped the same day I ordered it but Royal Mail hasn’t been able to track the parcel. despite a tracking number being created for my order they hadn’t received any information about the shipment of the parcel. After emailing to ask about the whereabouts of my parcel I have received no response only two notifications asking me to review my order. This tells me that the order should have been delivered within the 4-5 day period but has not. The order status on my account says the order has been fulfilled when I have not received the item. The lack of communication or any meaningful way to contact the team to get a response is disappointing. I never leave negative reviews particularly for small business with a small team but the lack of communication and the price of the order is something I would’ve wanted to be aware of if I was ordering and item for something as important as a wedding. I wish I could give this a better review as I was really impressed with the brand but I don’t have the item or any update on of I will receive the item at any point.”

“Absolutely stunning dresses. So well designed and made. Also adore the flexibility offered with the dress that was reversible to create a higher or lower neckline. Will definitely be purchasing another. Customer service were also excellent with resolving some issues that occurred (none of which were the fault of AYM). Couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I bought four items in total from AYM Studio. In particular, I purchased the Monica backless dress, Juni reversable maxi dress, Venus long sleeve dress, and the Isabella dress. I was rather anxious when I first placed my order, as my bust, waist, & hip measurements all indicate a different size fitting the best (40"-28"-38"). I had sent a message to the support team to see if they might provide further guidance as to which size to choose for certain styles, but received no response. Because my bust is my largest measurement which determines the overall fit of my clothing most frequently, I decided upon ordering all dresses in XL. I am very satisfied with the fit of the Monica, Venus, & Juni styles. I have never felt comfortable and supported wearing clothing without a bra before, let alone a halter neck. As such, it has been amazing to wear these items without a hint of worry! The fabric used is soft & durable, and the double-lining covers lines from undergarments fairly well. The lace-up waist on the Venus & Juni dresses also creates a very flattering figure, even on days where I have been bloated, without becoming restrictive or uncomfortable. That being said, I have not yet been able to wear the Isabella dress as it is much too large. Though it is an XL like the other dresses I purchased, I practically swim in it. When I first tried it on, it hung off of my frame. I would estimate that there are a good 3-5" of fabric that need to be taken in on each side of my torso. It is still a beautiful dress that I look forward to wearing, but I plan to take it to the tailor before doing so. Overall, I am quite happy with my clothing from AYM Studio, and look forward to getting other dresses from them soon. I will proceed with caution when purchasing anything with a fixed back when I do.”

“I loved the look of AYM dresses. I saw Tiktok videos and looked through the site for ages. I finally bought one I loved, a short sleeveless dress that cinches in the back with lacing, and has pockets. What arrived was not what I'd seen online. From the descriptions ("buttery soft") and the videos and photos, I knew what kind of fabric to expect, a sort of matte stretchy soft fabric- and what came was a shiny, thinner fabric, that didn't have a lot of stretch, definitely not matching the item image. The color was more a kelley green than the deep green I thought it was, but that might have been due to screens. The dress I ordered had a rounded corner square neckline, and the dress I got was definitely more round than square, a noticable difference from the product image. It also had a seam at the waistline, which the product image did not appear to have, and also seemed too small for me- the waistline sat much higher on me than the models in the image and the skirt was shorter, despite the fact I very carefully checked my measurements against the size chart. It was thin, cheap feeling fabric, too small, and I would assume I had somehow accidentally ordered a Alibaba knockoff if it hadn't arrived with AYM tags. Even if I should have sized up (which I admit readily is a possibility, I am moderately tall) the fabric and neckline is just so different that I absolutely did not want an exchange. The nice thing is, the return process was pretty painless. I included a picture of the dress I ordered for the side by side comparison.”

“The straps on the back def helped but still kinda impossible to get your head in, not as stretchy as I thought so maybe true to size or size up and then adjust the straps? The v in the back also kept riding up so the deep backless look didn't stay for long but the ruching helps the butt look great. I def think the material is the same heavy fabric that looks fantastic as a classic gown.”

“We bought the dress for a prom, therefore it wasn't elegant enogh, nevertheless my daughter (16) decided to keep the dress and pay it using her savings because she was so in love with it. Very good materials and shaping. Sorry for my poor english”
