“Excellent service and complete order delivered at first visit. Love the doors and good quality, fully finished, fabulous colour. Polaris Hardware furniture packs are very nice . In general we are really happy with the shop, the service, the delivery and the doors. Thank you A Wood Idea”

“Great selection of products and best pricing I could find on the Internet. Delivery was quick and kept well informed. I also had a problem with needed extra parts to a frame, and Steve sorted the items FOC. So fantastic customer service to boot!!! Highly recommend!”

“Although we haven't unwrapped the doors yet and can't accurately review these, we can say that the ordering and delivery service has been faultless. The delivery driver was especially helpful and therefore we are pleased with the service and would recommend.”

“Although the products supplied are good, I have returned three doors (as they were the wrong size) and the refund has not been forthcoming - despite the fact that I have emailed the company twice. I hope this is only due to the fact that it has been Christmas.”

“Very disappointed with the service. I ordered an Oak cottage Door. On delivery the protecting cardboard packaging was undamaged showing no signs of indentation but when I unpacked the door it was damaged obviously someone had packed the door in a damaged state very very disappointed with the service”

“We got the light oak wood to do a tv media unit..very pleased with the quality. The price was also good ..the cheapest out of 4 companies I looked at. Easy to order. Fast efficient delivery and the driver was very helpful with this delivery. Definitely recommend this company.”
