“Nicely finished product , well painted , slight warps in a few bars but was able to cut these out -make sure to allow a couple extra for this reason but overall very pleased hallway looks magnificent”

“Good service, good product - only minor issues are that the protective plastic that is stuck to the glass is impossible to remove. Also the door latch was missing from delivery - although this was swiftly and professionally dealt with”

“Lovely doors, particularly the Deanta ones are of great quality, responsive customer service and speedy delivery. Their area of improvement is that their website stock updates need to be displayed in real time (out of stock for a few months, in our case) so that customers don't waste time doing further research.”

“Hello A Wood Idea I was going to wait until my 3rd door arrived, sometime at the end of April before giving my review. The doors arrived in very good time and in excellent condition. They are now up and looking great. Lovely doors and we are very pleased with the quality. Looking forward to the remaning door arriving.”

“Service fine except would have been better if they had given an idea of delivrry tine after ordered placed. I had to contact company to ask when expected delivery woukd be. Fabulous modern and great quality door.”

“Wide range of laminate flooring to choose from, the best I had found. I had concerns about not getting a delivery date straight away, but once obtained it was quick. Have recommended to friends.”

Thanks for the review, we really appreciate it and we're delighted to hear you've recomended us to your friends! We work closely with our suppliers, our warehouse team and our couriers to ensure your products arrive safe and sound, as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that process does mean it can take us a day or two to confirm delivery dates which we understand can be a little worrying. But, as you've found, more often than not the end result of that process is a speedy delivery to your door!

Hi Guy, thanks for your review. The banks can sometimes take a few days to process transactions but rest assured your refund is on the way (if it hasn't arrived already that is!)
