“Delivered when promised. Good quality product. Unfortunately it does not fit my square shaped toilet bowl and although it was never fitted or used we were out if time to return it for a refund”

“I recently purchased a garden tool from Assurance Mobility which was a very reasonable price. Yesterday I used the tool and was so pleased with finally having a chance to do my garden. I am currently awaiting two other tools from Assurance Mobility. The total amount for the three tools is nearly £100 cheaper than other Mobility company. Thank you Assurance Mobility.”

“The person dealing with me was kind,considerate and efficient. Unfortunately the bath aid I purchased didn't work for me and I'm trying to return it. BUT, paid Evri carriers to return it and am embroiled in two messages every day from them with Collection times that never happen, six days in a row so far,worst company I've ever dealt with, I'm 81. But,Assurance Mobility have been excellent to deal with.”

“Ordered on 23rd June when they advertised 2 days shipping - on the day it was due to arrive they tell me actually it's not in stock. Then a few days later they tell me it'll be delayed til mid July. Then they tell me that from mid July it'll be 2 weeks til it's delivered. Then they tell me it's delayed another 8 days. I raise a complaint and they cancel my whole order... Absolutely horrendous customer service and no acknowledgement of fault.”
