“I bought this as I was struggling with a stick I feel more stable. Only down side isIt is quite wide about 25"inchs but they are all the same width”

“I'd been looking for a mobility scooter, while looking on line I spotted the one I wanted at Assurance Mobility. It was a very good price, ordered late on Wednesday it was delivered Friday, well packaged and provided with tracking No. so new when to expect delivery. I can't praise this company enough and would recommend using this company to anyone. J R”

“Ordered on 23rd June when they advertised 2 days shipping - on the day it was due to arrive they tell me actually it's not in stock. Then a few days later they tell me it'll be delayed til mid July. Then they tell me that from mid July it'll be 2 weeks til it's delivered. Then today they tell me it's delayed another 8 days. I raise a complaint and they cancel my whole order... Absolutely horrendous customer service and no acknowledgement of fault.”

“Absolutely great for people who have problems with their hands or find lifting a kettle difficult. So easy to use. My only issue with this kettle its hard to see where the water level is at, would of been much better if it actually lit up so you could see it easier. Thats why I've only given it 4 stars instead of 5.”
