“Delivery was prompt and the jumper was beautifully wrapped/packaged. However I am upset as I’ve worn the jumper 3 times and it’s now bobbly on the sleeves and a few threads pulled at the front of the jumper :-( I wore it under my jacket which is just a basic rain coat I can’t understand why the jumper is all bobbly. Reminds me of my school jumper after a few months it would go that way. I expected better quality to be honest especially for the price point. I’d never had an Aran jumper before so I treated myself for Christmas. Wouldn’t buy again and spend so much money when I could’ve bought several fake wool jumpers that probably wouldn’t have bobbled as quick !! Shocked to be honest. It is a beautiful jumper however , soft and warm and stylish I love it and will continue to wear it but probably less than I intended for fear of it deteriorating more. I got a matching hat too that I’ve worn every day in the cold weather and it’s perfect not one bobble or pulled thread. Simple easy transaction no issues there. My only issue is the quality of the jumper sadly.”
“I ordered an Aran jumper. The price was so attractive that I was concerned it wouldn’t be of great quality. How wrong I was? My order was delivered within a few days and beautifully packed. On opening it I realized I didn’t have to doubt the quality. It is a lovely soft , warm and cozy jumper. I am finding it hard to take off as it is so comfortable. The design is also lovely. My only regret is that I didn’t order two of these fabulous jumpers.

“Beware if ordering from the U.S. I needed to return a sweater I bought for my daughter that was too big (this, after emailing to ask about sizing and never getting a response). They don't do exchanges, so I ended up paying $91 total in shipping costs: $22 for the first order, $47 to return it, and another $22 for the correct size. Extremely unhappy and will never buy from here again.”
