“Return proces does not work. I followed Aran Woollen Mills Returns policy by sending numerous emails to customerservice@aranwoollenmills.com but 2 weeks later still haven't received a signal.
Via yellow pages I looked up their phone number but they are either constantly engaged or disconnected.
In the end I have contacted Visa Card Services to help me resolve the issue.”
