“These guys are criminals - avoid at all costs. I appointed them to complete an EWS1 survey on my flat in London. Initially priced £3000 for a phase 1 and provided all photos and documentation required to avoid having to do an intrusive survey – it was clear the wall build up from the photos and clear the building qualified for an EWS1 B1 Rating. Anstey Homes refused to issue / listen and insisted a Stage 2 intrusive investigation was required for an additional £8,000. I have subsequently appointed and had an EWS1 issued for £2,500 in total from a different company. Avoid, avoid, avoid… only in it for the additional fees and not the customer with no clarity around process and terrible communication.”
