“Lovely when it arrived. Whilst I appreciate there is a postal strike I paid for next day and didn’t get it in time for Christmas it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. Perhaps there should be alternative delivery offered”
“The fob watch I ordered for my mums 70th. It's beautiful and arrived in time, however unfortunately the rose gold plating was mottled. Due tor timing I have polished and got it engraved so she still had a present as I didn't have time to return. Very pretty, but sad that the plating was not up to standard.”
“Lovely products and packaging with quick delivery. Unfortunately my watch arrived with a scratch on it (clearly visible when I opened the box so couldn't have been checked before discharge). When I made contact I was posted out tools to replace the scratched part with instructions, however the instructions were not included and I don't feel this is something I should have to do.”
“The watch is lovely and exactly what I wanted. However the packaging the item arrived in left alot to desired. To send a £50 in a flimsy envelope seemed a bit haphazard and I was concerned when opening it what state the watch would be in but it was ok. I would have much rather had paid for delivery and know that it was arriving in better packaging than not and receiving it how I did.”
