“Have used this shop several times now and am more than happy, especially when I purchased several items not long ago, I ordered 15lb line, they called me to say it was out of stock and would I like a different line. “My review is based on service. I purchased a pair of chest waders which quality wise there were fine, but as a small gent, they were enormous on me. I Spoke to a nice gent in their office who advised that I would probably struggle to get a pair off the shelf that fitted & best to send them back. So I did & the returns process was simple, & I had my money back in my account two days after I sent them back. My only slight gripe is that there are no free returns, which I understand on normal tackle but on clothing items there is always a chance they won’t fit and there’s a cost implication associated with returning the goods. Perhaps it may be an idea to look at free returns on clothing & footwear.”
