“Terrible service. I had a Fox Barrow bought for me as a gift in May 2023, unfortunately, the tyre split. I emailed them inside the first 12 months to enquire about a replacement. Emails sent on 10/5, 18/5, 3/6 and I've had another go today just for fun. No reply to any of them. How sad that I have to resort to this and social media to get some attention.”

“Ordered some waders and a jacket. Unfortunately the did not fit me, so I returned them. Angling Active were prompt in issuing a refund. Whilst I really try hard not to return stuff, sometimes you have no choice. Then you really see how customer focused a business is, and that said, I can thoroughly recommend Angling Active.”
