“Friendly staff! Ordered rod and reel combo which they thought was in stock,turned out it wasn't but they contacted me quickly upgraded my order for free and had out to me the next day from original order. This sort of service is hard to find anywhere now a days. Thanks”

“I found that on Angling Active, they had a good selection of products.When I compaired to other site, the prices was equal to if not better, but that depends on what your after. From time of ordering, the foolowing day it was dispatched and arrived in said given time scale, I would definitely use again Thanks”

“I ordered J-braid @ 30lb in a dark green colour. I got a phone call a day later to say that this was not actually in stock. I was offered a few other options at no extra cost. So I opted for 58lb braid. They gentleman on the phone made the whole situation very simple and straightforward. Definitely recommend. Chris”

“I ordered a multiplier reel. It was dispatched quickly and arrived within a couple of days. On inspection, it turned out to be a left-hand reel! No problem, I returned it within a day or so and Angling Active refunded the cost immediately ... no drama, no issues ... just a straightforward refund. Thanks guys. I WILL be ordering from these guys again.”
