“⭐️ Fantastic customer service ⭐️ I’d made an order that had been lost in transit (Parcelforce’s fault, not AA) I emailed the guys as I was in a rush to get my delivery for an upcoming trip. The next day they’d delivered my order so that I’d got it in time. They were quick to respond to emails and dealt with the situation professionally. Great customer service and also fantastic products. Thanks again for the help Ash”

“I was looking to buy a switch rod to replace my damaged rod, and had picked a replacement which was on offer on line. I placed the order and it was despatched and tracked the same day. The tracking was updated and you could see its progress. The rod arrived and i was really pleased with the quality and the service Angling Active provided. Looking forward to using the rod next season and again a great service.”
