“Called to talk with someone to give guidance on wader sizes as was unclear on selection. The person on the phone gave a great explanation and I purchased a pair of Vass waders including a 5% discount. Waders in post next day, tracker available and awaiting product. I was advised to try on arrival and return if required. Good work team.”
