“I called the shop and got put through to Jamie. As a fly fishing novice he was able to quickly assess my needs and sent me a great email suggesting what to purchase. I followed up with a couple of queries which he quickly answered. I followed his advice and made my order and all the goods arrived. Tried out this week - all good. Fabulous service.”
