“Ordered a boat bag for my husband for Christmas, arrived very quickly, unfortunately unbeknown to me my husband had been to the local fishing tackle shop and purchased one himself as this was supposed to be a Christmas present. I returned the item without any quibble and they refunded my money within a few days very professional.”
