“I had a problem with my Greys kite Salmon Rod which was returned to greys under Warranty The process was slow but this was due to Grey’s and Daniel from your repairs department was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process keeping me informed and chasing up Grey’s . I was extremely satisfied with the service I was given David McDiarmid”

“First time using this company has gone very well. It was the cheapest I could find for my purchase hence using them. Answered an inquiry quickly and professionally that fully answered my question. Delivery was as stated, on time and well packaged. It’s just a shame they have a fairly limited range of carp tackle - but having said that the photos of their store look very impressive! I can and will recommend.”
