We experienced delays delivering some orders due to our postage partner’s closure on National Mourning Day of 12/09/22 – this also caused delays over the weekend. Although highlighted on our website, we appreciate that it might have been easy to miss this. We are currently working on ways to make these notices clearer.
As a goodwill gesture, we have refunded the difference of your postage to bring the cost in line with our standard delivery service. We have also emailed you a discount code for a future purchase.
