“Bought 4 of the same Jellycats in the spur of the moment at £39 each later to find the RRP set by Jellycat for there franchisies to stick was supposed to be £25 each so ive been grossly overcharged by £14 each so a total of £56 over the 4 items which ive read on Google and Jellycats contracts is against there contract with Jellycat... when I contacted aboutliving support on the website chat I was told it'd be looked into then heard nothing for a few hours... then to get an email basically shrugging it off.....
Ive emailed Jellycat about this to let them know this company have gone against the contract they have with Jellycat... still waiting for there response but will have to wait till Monday as JC dont respond over weekends
