“From beginning to end, very good communication via telephone and email. I needed my certificates verified to a tight timescale, and it was done quicker than I expected. Brilliant professional service. I cannot find any criticism to level, and can only recommend to service to others, without exception.”

“I am very satisfied with the service provided. I live in Lima, PERÚ therefor I was a bit anxious about sending my masters diploma abroad. I was able to speak on the phone various times with someone that offered me clear information. I was constantly mailed in order to have information regarding the process. Very punctual. I would definitely recommend this service.”

“I found the service efficient and problem free. I am not terribly efficient on my laptop but one of your members kindly helped me through the system without being patronising or making me feel a complete dunce. My son who needed the certificate now has citizenship in Israel (its a long story!) The cost came in a little under what I had anticipated too, that was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to all concerned.”

“I was in communication, both by phone and email, with Matt Fogarty (Customer Service, Apostille Certificates UK inc.) who was very polite, helpful and efficient to his work. I needed some Apostille documents for my tax records in my home country (Greece, Europe) as I have previously worked in the UK, but I didn't have any advice from the Greek Ministry of Economics (equivalent to the HMRC) which requested for these documents, on how to collect them. Mr. Fogarty immediately replied to my request and adviced me in detail with great patience and politeness all the necessary steps I had to take on in order to have my Apostille documents ordered and sent back to me. Excellent work and customer service.”

“Matt was very knowledgeable and explained with great patience how the Apostille process worked, and what was required. I was in Sydney at that time, so there was a 9 hour time difference. Matt was very aware of that and sent documents in a very timely manner. Apostille Fees were also very competitive. I compared the fees of 3 companies. His service and attidude with me as a customer was excellent !”
