“I don't think I could have been the easiest of customers as my requests required so many different services to be performed (birth certificates & marriage certificates ordered, apostilled and translated into Spanish; the same for a criminal background check, etc). My requests were urgent and so required a higher touch service (couriers rather than posted documentation). At every step of the process, Matt's availability was impeccable and his attention unflappable. Today, I was able to complete my dream of obtaining my citizenship and I cannot thank The Apostille Group enough. The added bonus, thanks to Matt, is just how approachable he is, so I have to also give him top marks for his 'bedside manner' which managed to allay my fears and worries and keep me sane during some very stressful moments.”

“Matt has been very helpful thanks to his responsive communication which I appreciate. There was a tiny miscommunication in the beginning, followed by an FCDO IT issue that caused a delay. Yet he was very kind in resolving the misunderstanding and continued to be communicative during the IT issue. Got the eApostille needed and I highly recommend his service.”

“I was in immediate need to get my Qualification certificates issued from UK to be Apostilled. I was at Oman and searched the website, found TAG, I contacted via WhatsApp and immediately received the response, they guided me about the process. I sent my originals via courier to TAG. I received updates frequently. My certificates were Apostilled and returned within a week. the fees are also competitive as compared with others. Had a pleasant experience, Thank you TAG”
