I had lost my wallet with all my cards and with a day left on my previous insurance (great planning by myself) I was worried I'd have to cancel jobs until I had a new policy sorted. Nick was kind enough to speak to his superiors to arrange for me to bank transfer the sum instead of taking a card payment. He done so quicker than he said he would and the communication was impeccable. I'm now covered for another year and I'd definitely been coming back to Rhino when my renewal is due. 11/10 great job!”
