“You send emails regarding the renewal and felt like far to many and pressure. Once we paid we had to request and wait 5 days to get an invoice, seems your service is to get the renewal rather than after renewal. we will now be shopping around for all insurances next year as not a good experience and reading online it seems to be declining”

First of all we're very sorry that you felt our service in this instance to be dissatisfactory. We have set communications that we issue to all customers prior to their renewal to ensure that customers are made fully aware of their renewal date giving them the best chance to ensure no gap in their cover. I understand that the team has been in communication with you throughout your renewal process explaining the reasons for the delay in the invoice being issued, and we're very happy that this has now been issued and sorted for you. Our service is our number one priority, so again we thank you for your valuable feedback.

“I have reported a incident last week they said they will send me a claim form but untill now I haven't received any email from them Im calling them every day but they said we send it to your email address but I am checking my email every single minute I did not receive any email from them don't buy this insurance seems like a dougi people”

“I would not recommend rhino trade insurance to anyone when you ask to have your policy stopped you get advised that it has but then the following month you get charged after chasing and complaining and getting told it will be cancelled you get charged again is a joke”
