“I’ve not made a claim so I can’t answer about that but I’ve just signed up to a basic policy and my interaction with your staff member was on point! He was engaging, chatty and fun. That to me is very important. in a world where most phone operators are as good as dead, he was refreshing. I’ve spent most of my working life in customer service... I know what im doing.”
