“I really like Moshulu footwear however I was furious about the price. I bought these online in black (along with a second pair of a different style which I kept). I decided that I’d prefer them in brown and saw you could return them to a store so popped into the Ringwood branch. I exchanged them for the brown ones and the sales assistant said she would need to arrange a refund on the black ones then recharge for the same style in brown. What she failed to say was that the shop ones would be £14 more (£140) than if I’d exchanged them online (at £126). It wasn’t until I looked at my credit card refund compared to the price she’d charged me and realised this discrepancy. I think that is poor customer service and I felt cheated. It should have been made clear to me at the time or preferably shouldn’t have happened at all.”

“I found these boots uncomfortable because of the paper thinness of the insoles. Purchased proper insoles to replace these but found they are not a good winter wellie, especially in our flooded Dorset byways and riverways.”
