“I absolutely love these shoes, fit well and very comfortable. Unfortunately the suede has marked with clean water. I wear a lot of suede shoes and rarely treat them before I wear them and don’t have problems.”
“I’m Shocked that you have sent me this because I have not received my order. Long story but I ordered these shoes on 8th July in time for my holiday on 13th, and they showed as arrived at Gatwick sorting centre until 12th July when they showed as in Exeter. I called you and spoke to a lady who kindly said that she will refund me the postage and send the shoes to Horsham store. So I didn’t have the shoes for my holiday. I went to Horsham yesterday to collect them and the store knew nothing about this. I am disappointed in the extreme in Moshulu. First I wanted the shoes for holiday, then I went to collect them ahead of of a bbq today, and still don’t have them. The store said they will call you tomorrow, but so will I. I think
I deserve a free pair of shoes for my loyalty as I bought the flowery loafers, and all of my sandals, and canvas trainers, slippers, scarves, socks and handbags are moshulu.”

“Nice shop but shame it was shut when I called to return items at 3.30pm on a Thursday afternoon. A sign on the door said we will be back in 10 minutes. The time when the door was locked not mentioned! I could not wait as other things to do with not much time left on the car park ticket. I have a 30 min drive to the town and will have to go in again. Frustrating!”

“Lovely looking pair of slip on mules, gorgeous colour but really uncomfortable to wear. Tried on serveral occassions to break them in and they have given me terrible blisters. The sole lip lift up near the little toes and rubs dreadfully.”

“I love my new Moshulu. However, the size has changed. They are no longer a traditional 7 Euro 41. I would say they are a Euro 40. I can wear them, but they are tight.”
