“The product was good but the delivery was a bit sluggish - it didn't arrive 'next day' as I had paid for and in fact only arrived four days later. However, I'll cut them some slack on this as the order was placed just before Christmas. More disappointing was the fact that the slippers were supposed to be a surprise present for my wife, but as it was she who received the package because I wasn't at home, the surprise element was lost because the packaging had 'Moshulu' emblazoned all over it! Please use plain wrapping - I expect many of your customers are buying your goods as presents, or at least have a 'plain packaging' box to tick on the order form.”
“Easy to order on the site and my parcel was delivered quickly. However when I tried to reorder one item it was out of stock. Also I recommended the site to someone else and the promised discount code has still not been sent and he has had to place his order without using it, so neither of us has had any benefit from my recommending Moshulu to a friend.”
“I have always liked Moshulu, since first finding them when on holiday in Cornwall, many moons ago. We're lucky to have a (little) shop in Cirencester. The shoes are really comfortable, sometimes seeming a little more pricy than some others, but I guess you are paying for individuality and quality. Downside? Two I guess: a lack of half sizes - why only for larger feet, and choice of widths.”
