“I love the styles, materials and colours of the shoes you make so often look in the shop window to see what is new - your windows are always 'happy' and cheerful. Although you do have wider fits they are not always in the style I like. I recently bought a pair of navy Dawlish trainers which are very comfortable because I could use the laces to fit my arthritic feet which then allows me to slip my feet in every time using the zip. I ordered on line to collect from the shop where the staff are always helpful.”
