“I ordered a 1000litre ad blue container and paid extra money for the gravity hose feeder only to find when it arrived that the hose did not fit the container, so I contacted the company and was told there was no-one that could help me until 31st October nearly a week later which is absolutely ridiculous. They were quick to take £1200.00 plus out of my bank account but couldn't help me with what after all was their mistake. I did ask the receptionist if she could give me the owners/bosses name and unfortunately she didn't know them. VERY STRANGE”
