“Made a call on Monday asking for information about a product, the call handler didn’t know the details and promised to call back, ordered at 1pm and told as it’s before 130pm it would be next day delivery. Called 2 days later, girl took a message to pass on and get someone to call, didn’t happen. Chased a third time and spoke to Stuart who said I hadn’t paid for next day delivery and he was going to call me back. This didn’t happen. Also checked invoice and next day delivery was paid for and in time for the delivery. After checking the website this is the only payment method for delivery but states next day. Item arrived 2 days later (I only live up the road in Telford!) Disappointed in the the lack of care and service”

“Very poor delivery service, The delivery company would have had to drive past the yard to get to the the post code that we put in by mistake, 7mins away, instead they have changed £129 to delivery to the yard address I will not use the company again.”
