“The content and presentation of the training were apt. I particularly love the fact that irrespective of the style of leadership we employ, we must ensure to communicate our goals clearly to the people we lead, implement SMART action plans, treat our people with uttermost kindness, and find the best approach to motivate them to achieve the desired result. Our world would be a better place when we have leaders who put the interest of the people at the center of what they do.”

“I found this course really interesting - would be good to have some reading material reminders i.e different fire extinguishers etc - made me more aware of when hearing alarms etc to act on it not follow other peoples reactions and ignore regardless of what environment I'm in - I look forward to my role as Fire warden.”
