“Having undertaken EDI Training today, I am now more readily equipped to challenge inappropriate behaviour in the workplace, owing to the clear distinctions provided in respect of Inclusion, Equality, Equity and Diversity. Each term was clearly defined and whilst I was familiar with the terms inclusion, equality and diversity, I had not come across equity previously and yet equity is paramount when looking to cater to people with different or specific needs i.e. treating people fairly but differently...”

“As a long time sufferer of anxiety and depression 20 years plus I have learnt to live with my condition recognising triggers that tells me when I need to take stock. I also know the ones that mean I will be in trouble if I fail to address them immediately. I have worked continuously but it should never be under estimated the toll a mental health diagnosis can take on you physically and mentally. I have daily periods were I struggle to function after a day at work. This is not my employers fault as they are supportive it is my limited ability to function over longer sustained periods. This can impact on other aspects of my life. I thought the training was sensitive and showed the impact mental health can have on individuals. Many thanks Paul”
