“Thoroughly enjoyed this form of learning. The facts were presented clearly, the modular summaries and tests were beneficial.However when I went to print off the Congratulations re the final Test result I lost the lot! hope the staff at St Barnabas Hospice have more success at retrieving it then I did.!! Would have liked a booklet to accompany the course in order to be able to refer back when needed in the future. I would recommend this tuition to all that it concerns. thanks for your help. “Much appreciated having this flexible form of Study. The information was clearly presented. Module summaries and intermittent tests appreciated. On completion I tried to print off the "Congratulations" notice but lost the whole site before even viewing the certificate!! Hope St Barnabas Hospice has better luck at retrieving it than I. I would also appreciate having a study booklet containing the Food Hygiene information in order to be able to refer to it from time to time. I would recommend this training to everyone it concerns.Thank you for your help.”

“Overall good but I think it would be better to allow people to carry out the test without going through the course. After all, if they can pass it without the training then it shows that they don't need the training and obviously do not need the refresher that the training would provide. Also, whilst the anatomy lesson at the beginning was informative, it didn't really provide any practical help in terms of what's required for manual handling”
