Overall good but I think it would be better to allow people to carry out the test without going through the course. After all, if they can pass it without the training then it shows that they don't need the training and obviously do not need the refresher that the training would provide.
Also, whilst the anatomy lesson at the beginning was informative, it didn't really provide any practical help in terms of what's required for manual handling
