The training needed to be provided in a flexible way but also a manner in which our employees retained and applied what they learned. “As well as training being more than adequate, this is the most time and cost effective method I have come across. Removes the need for departmental shutdowns for training days. Training can be managed around each individual member of staffs work commitments.”
