“I enjoyed the variety of media used in the presentations. The course on Display screen equipment was relevant to less active workers .The importance of stretching and keeping mobile throughout any otherwise sedentary job was refreshing presented by a man with a healthy,active attitude. The posters on posture and exercises are a useful aide memoir . The course on Health & Safety Basics& essentials was presented in a different concise way but was pacey and acted as a revision of my previous knowledge.As this was the second of the iHASCO courses, I learnt that I was being timed on my responses so perhaps could have approached my assessment differently. Manual Handling was presented with scenarios that allowed time to think and digest the situation.”
