I couldn't access all the slides, it just said "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported." I had to use the transcript instead, which was not ideal!

Hi Adam, Thank you for your feedback after completing our training the other day. I was sorry to see you had this experience of us which left you feeling this way. Looking into this further that error message occurs when our videos are being blocked or filtered via a proxy or firewall. To rectify this, our domains will need to be allowed. Our web application requires access to a number of additional third-party provider domains in order to operate correctly. You will need to white-list the relevant domains if your proxy blocks requests from non white-listed domains. Please ensure that the following domains are accessible by users from within your network: Web Application *.ihasco.co.uk (required) Video CDN *.vimeocdn.com (required) dinkzf7kdq72s.cloudfront.net (alternate - optional) Document CDN s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/ihasco-application-data-public (required) We primarily use Vimeo for video playback but if you are unable to allow access to this domain we can provide you with content via Amazon CloudFront on request. Not tailored to the organisation at all, long winded, more in depth than "awareness" suggests for mandatory training

There simply wasn't enough material to justify 66 slides and an hour of listening - this could easily have a) either been condensed into 30 mins or needed b) more complex information to justify a full hour of my time. Some of it was also much too basic to be useful - e.g. children can behave unpredictably in a fire, curtains are flammable... learners learn better when you assume they are intelligent and already expert. I'd also change 'schools' to 'educational establishments' as I was asked to watch this because I have a Higher education job. Some of the videos were also too short to be useful/necessary - esp towards the end. There was also a tech glitch which meant even though I'd seen every slide the presentation made me start again rather than let me go through to the test. Too many 'male experts' also - where is the woman firefighter or woman presenter? - it should at least have been one of each. Too white too - ethnic diversity was nowhere to be seen. Do make it shorter with the existing info, or more complex and the same 1 hour length.

Course not related to those of us outside UK were different legislation is in effect for many of the issue raised.

We do have a number of clients who use choose to use our training for overseas branches as you have found. Thanks for making me feel like a white, middle aged, none-tattooed, racist misogynist. A deeply shallow and patronising training module that takes a stance that everybody is bad for thinking "things" and we need brainwashing by the thought police. This module dismisses years of common sense, experience and empathetic management in one swipe and assumes that no-one has any of these traits.

The course was tedious. UX was poor. Content was dismal and condescending.

Having previously completed this course, this was a refresher course for me, so was way too long, and no way to speed up the videos. I complete many online courses and often find that the delivery is too slow and so increase the speed; it would be good to be able to do the same here. As a teacher with a degree, masters degree and teaching qualifications, the questions were rather an insult to my intelligence.

Ok for new-comers to IT use but to someone who has been using systems for over two decades it was too basic and patronising.
