“As ever, the assessor arrived promptly and proceeded to deliver a thorough objective audit on our management system. He demonstrated great auditing skill especially when speaking with staff when developing audit trails. The audit debrief was thorough and positive, and the report was delivered without undue delay. Yet again we gained value from the process and look forward to the extension to scope we have scheduled for Oct-Nov”

“The High rating is only due to the service and detail given by the Allocated External Auditor (Paul Bagshaw) good communicator to all my staff, well done. Getting replies to any queries from your central office is not great & takes several attempts/long time to get any answers though.”
