“ISO27001 audit. Initial contract, schedule, and stage 1 satisfactory. However, no stage 1 report was issued for 3 weeks before I queried with CfA who had the report but was not issued. The auditors (Malcolm Seaton, sub-contractors) had sent to CfA day after stage 1 audit completed. Following month, emailed auditor regarding stage 2 dates, no reply for 2-3 weeks, and only arranged and confirmed dates when I telephoned directly. This would have been not booked and 6 months lapsed resulting in redoing stage 1.”

“We greatly value Tracy's positive and supportive approach as well as her constructive feedback and useful suggestions for further improvement. The staff interviewed all found her very approachable. Also really appreciated her efforts to conduct the audit in person despite some challenging circumstances this year - she went above and beyond to get here!”

“As ever, the assessor arrived promptly and proceeded to deliver a thorough objective audit on our management system. He demonstrated great auditing skill especially when speaking with staff when developing audit trails. The audit debrief was thorough and positive, and the report was delivered without undue delay. Yet again we gained value from the process and look forward to the extension to scope we have scheduled for Oct-Nov”

“The High rating is only due to the service and detail given by the Allocated External Auditor (Paul Bagshaw) good communicator to all my staff, well done. Getting replies to any queries from your central office is not great & takes several attempts/long time to get any answers though.”
